We require credit card details when you book our fully-flex rate but only to secure your booking. We do not ask for full payment up front. Payment for your stay and any extras you have taken whilst you are with us will be required when you check out and not before.
Yes – whilst we really hope that you won’t need to cancel your booking, on our fully-flexible rate, as long as you cancel your booking before 10:00am on the day before you’re due to arrive, there will be no charge. If you do need to cancel simply give us a call.
Bookings cancelled after 10:00am on the day before you’re due to arrive will be charged for the first night’s stay. No Shows will be charged for the first night’s stay.
We have a large car park at the Red Lion for guests to use. This is found at the back of the pub.
No we take a credit card to guarantee reservations and our cancellation policy then applies.
3pm – if you’re planning on arriving earlier please let us know and we can do our best to try to accommodate this for you.

Yes, we have a limited supply and there is no charge, please let us know if you need either when you book so we can make sure they are in your room ready for arrival.
Yes– We are a dog friendly inn with dog friendly rooms. Your four-legged friend is very welcome, all we ask is you bring your own dog bed and towels out of consideration for the other guests. We do charge £15 per stay for your dog to join you in your room (this will be added to your bill on check-in); this is so we can give the room the extra special attention needed afterwards to ensure it is pristine for the next arrivals.
